We have been given the gift of choice to create the world of our choosing. It never ceases to amaze me how much goes on from one week to the next. I always have an abundance of exciting news to share with you.
I am in a constant feedback loop with customers and cheering supporters watching this small business grow. These personal connections make the journey worthwhile. As I work solo in my kitchen and make up batches of soup while listening to positive podcasts, I enjoy thinking of all the people whose lives, and wellness, with whom I connect.

It's been a split pea soup kind of week... a few different versions, a taste testing crew, and even an overwhelming kid approved response for one of the recipes! I think it's dialed in!
One version had too much potato, one version was very smoky, and one version seems to be just right!
"I just finished the Chummy Chili - it was awesome. By the way, thanks for the tip to stir frequently - I basically stirred the soup the entire time. I like spicy so I added about 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper - wow - so good. Before for I ate it, I added, as your suggestion, some nutritional yeast.
