The weather has become wonderfully warm in the Pacific Northwest. So what do you do when it's hot outside and you're not really in the soup mood? We've got a few tricks up our sleeves to share with you!

Chummy Chili Burrito!

When you're not in the soup mood, you can transform the Chummy Chili into a burrito filling by using less water or by letting the chili settle after cooking to thicken.

Take it the vegan route or add dairy and a meat protein, either way, it's delicious. Today we enjoyed a simple vegan chili burrito complemented with fresh veggies.
