The Eat Me In A Pinch commercial kitchen is almost done! We are so much closer to opening for business.
As entrepreneurs with a background in hand crafted jewelry design, manufacturing, and marketing, we are experienced in business development. There is, however, another layer of projects, requirements, and permits involved regarding food safety in launching a food business.
What looks like an empty room is actually an almost ready for a mixing and fulfillment work space.
Commercial sink installed. Walls and ceiling spackled and painted. Concrete and wood door sealed. Next: trim, lighting, and submitting permit applications. I am excited to get the equipment set up too!
The Fabulous First Five will be the debut soup line including: Chummy Chili, Herbaceously Henless, Passionately Potato, Tantalizing Thai Coconut, and Tomato Basil Bliss.
With summer around the corner, I'm working on other ideas too. However, these will be great for backpacking and summer camping meals!
