There are so many options, possibilities and directions to choose in life! Making the right one at the right time is no simple task. We have pondered our next steps with detailed deliberation, pros and cons, and of course costs involved.
Our new commercial kitchen here in Texas will soon start evolving! We almost bought a 10x15' shed and hauled it to our property. Then we almost started building out half of our garage for the new commercial kitchen. We finally settled on a 8x12' shed that will soon be the new Eat Me In A Pinch production facility.
And I say "we", when the it's truly the work of my husband, friends, and experts. I am grateful for a fabulous life partner and the amazing people in our lives.

As you may notice in stores, supplies are intermitted at times. Over the last 6 months we have not been able to buy bulk organic potato flakes.
We resorted to low quantity premium cost options to continue serving you. As a business owner, I am thrilled we finally have our bulk order coming! I never thought I'd be so excited about potato flakes, but I was concerned since many of our recipes have potato in them.
