To share a little behind the scenes, my husband and I have spent the last few months researching and exploring various options for my business kitchen. Staying where we are, moving to a new home or renting a kitchen are all possibilities.
As a mompreneur raising our daughter, our decision needs to also support a healthy family and education environment for our daughter. Spending time delving into the options helped provide us with a clear vision.
As much as I'd love to say we are open for business, we are taking the slow and steady pace to do the right things, so that the Eat Me In A Pinch products and experience are fabulous for you, while also taking care of our family.
Once again, I nailed it!
It took a few tweaks, tests and tastes to arrive at the perfect balance of flavor and consistency. I will be offering both a vegetarian potato soup with dairy, however, this first one is vegan, creamy and delicious!
