It's been 5 weeks since our last email. Since then we have gone through a major change.
After a crazy month and a half of packing everything we own, our family, and our business, made a big life change and moved to Austin, Texas.
We have loved our time in the Pacific Northwest and are equally excited about enjoying our new home.

While our business and personal items were trucked to Texas, we drove our two cars on a five day 2,200 mile journey.
Thanks to the help of my mother and lots of craft projects, we kept our daughter entertained. And our also kitty did amazingly well.
Thanks to a friend's suggestion, we carted our Instantpot and even cooked some of our soups in our hotel rooms for a healthy meal after a long drive.
As we unpack and develop our personal and professional lives in our new area, we will also be building a new Eat Me In A Pinch kitchen.
