Stovetop
Combine contents with 1 ¾ cups of water in a small pot, bring to a boil, reduce to medium, simmer 5-10 minutes STIRRING FREQUENTLY until soup has thickened. Let stand to cool. As soup cools it may thicken more and carrot flakes will finish rehydrating.
